I signed copies of Dark Tales of Terror at Empire Books & News in Huntington, WV on July 3, 2010 with Kyle Lovern, Jason Keene, Ellen Thompson McCloud, and Jessie Grayson from 1 pm to 3 pm. I also signed and sold copies of my poetry collection, Toward Absolute Zero.

I signed and sold copies of my poetry collection, Toward Absolute Zero, at the McConnell House Showcase of Authors on June 19, 2010 in Wurtland, Kentucky from 10 am to 3 pm.

I signed copies of Dark Tales of Terror at the Huntington Mall in Barboursville, WV on June 12, 2010 with Keith Davis, Brian Hatcher, Kyle Lovern, Ellen Thompson McCloud, Jason Keene, and Jessie Grayson from 4 pm to 6 pm.

I was on the 'Zine Evolution panel at Coyote Con on May 29, 2010 with Megan Arkenberg, John Klima, J.A. Howe, and Rhonda Parrish from 5 pm to 6 pm.

I signed and sold copies of Toward Absolute Zero and EEKU on April 10, 2010 at the Ohio River Festival of Books at the Cabell County Public Library in Huntington, WV from 10 am to 3 pm.

I attended an author forum at Empire Books and News in Huntington, West Virginia on November 7, 2009 for my poetry collections Toward Absolute Zero and EEKU.

I spoke at Flycon 2009 from 1-2 pm on Sunday, March 15, 2009 in an internet chatroom.  I discussed my upcoming poetry collection, a book on which I'm working, and Afterburn SF, as well as the state of science fiction poetry in general.

Louise Taylor, Vice President of the Kentucky Epsilon Chapter, Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, read my poem "Appalachian Farmer's Market, 1973" for inspiration at the organization's meeting on November 20, 2008 at the Bellefonte Country Club. The poem appeared in Kentucky Monthly's first literary issue, one of five poems published representing the state.

I'll be signing and selling copies of my bestselling poetry collection EEKU on Saturday, April 29, 2006 at the 2006 Ohio River Festival of Books being held in the Big Sandy Superstore Arena in Huntington, WV between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM in Booth No. 29 A.

I will be reading my poetry at 12:15 p.m., Saturday, April 22, 2006 at the Flatwoods Poetry and Art Fesival in Flatwoods, KY.
