CAMP IS MARCH 21st & 22nd 2008
**NOTICE Effective January 20th, it was announced that the annual Crawlathon
at Carter Caves will be cancelled by the Dept. of Parks and the US Dept of Fish & Wildlife to prevent the continuing spread
of the WNS that has been affecting bats in the NE US. The announcement of the cancellation of Crawlathon has brought
the question of the possibility of if the same fate will be true for the Restoration Camp, however not confirmed at this time,
it can be expected that the same fate will happen this year with our camp. Stay tuned for more information as it is

This site is for registration to sign up for the upcoming March 2009 camp.
The camp will be held the weekend of March 21-22
Bunkhouse #1
Currently 00 spots are filled & 12 are available

Currently 00 spots are filled & 12 are available
Each bunkhouse holds 12 people each
There is plenty of camping space also available
Free camping during weekend for volunteers !!!

Deadline for signups is March TBA due to the factor that all participants must be registered with the department of parks for
state volunteer status.
Effective 2008 Camp !
Participants registered with the state
as a volunteer effective with the 2008 Crawlathon will *NOT* have to re-register as a volunteer with the state in order to
participate in the March Camp. See Coy Ainsley at CCSRP for details.

A Special Cave trip is being planned for Friday Evening.
Exact time of the trip and details will be announced March. Access to Horn Hollow, Rim-Stone & H2O Caves
in the park is available by open permit obtained at the welcome center.
All other caves are not open to self led trips.
Laurel Cave is now CLOSED for Winter Visits
