(1) The Fayette County Park, in it's own discretion, may refuse rental to anyone, who the Superintendent may have reason to
believe will be conducting activities that may be inappropriate or may not be in the best interest of the park or its visitors.
(2) All reservations must be paid for and a rental agreement signed prior to the rental date. Reservations will not be
valid until payment is received.
(3) The Fayette County Park is not responsible for accident, injury, or loss of personal property while at the facilities.
(4) CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you decide to cancel your reservation, the amount received is refundable upon written
request a minimum of ninety (90) days prior to your rental date. Written request should be sent to: Reservations, Rt. 2 Box
236, Fayetteville, WV 25840.
(5) Programs and activities sponsored by the Fayette County Park shall have priority over other uses.
(6) No refunds will be given due to bad weather.
(7) Reservations may be renewed for the same facility, for the following year, until 4pm. After 4pm it is first come,
first serve for all facilities. Reservations CANNOT be made more than 364 DAYS in advance.
(8) All activities shall not begin prior to 8am and must be concluded by 9pm.
(9) Please carry your rental agreement with you on the date of your reservation.
(10) Office Hours: 8am - 4pm
(11) A 10-mph speed limit and one-way traffic designation will be enforced within the park.
(12) Trash and garbage is to be disposed of and the area cleaned before leaving.
(13) NO beer or intoxicating beverages is allowed on park grounds.
(14) NO pets allowed! Only service animals are permitted.
(15) NO firearms, fireworks, or weapons of any kind.
(16) NO amplified music, P.A. system, or live entertainment without prior approval by the park superintendent. Sound must
be maintained at a level not to breach public peace and enjoyment of the facilities.
(17) NO soliciting.
(18) NO off-road vehicles allowed on park grounds.
(19) NO fishing is permitted at the ponds.
(20) Any violation of park regulations or conduct that is deemed inappropriate will result in ejection from the park.
The Fayette County Park reserves the right to deny, modify, or cancel any reservation.
